Every still and the film below come from events Vulture Events actually produced. Captions describe what is in the frame. Where a date is printed on the set, it is used. Where a city is not proven by the photograph, it is not invented as a hotel name or island.

Vulture Events case studies are photographs and video from completed event setup, decoration, hospitality and live programming in the UAE. Abu Dhabi is the largest share of this set because that is where most of this work was delivered. Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain and Ras Al Khaimah follow with the remaining real projects.

Event management in Abu Dhabi

Most of this portfolio is Abu Dhabi work: mall welcomes, heritage majlis builds, live cooking, falconry, crafts and evening performance. The photographs show how Vulture Events actually runs event management in Abu Dhabi — staffing, décor and cultural programming in the same programme — rather than a generic events-company pitch.

Arabic coffee and dates welcome

Hosts in kandura and ghutra served gahwa and dates at indoor public venues, including a mall concourse dressed with UAE flags. Vulture Events supplied the welcome team, trays, dallah service and the national-dress presentation guests meet first.

Live Emirati cooking station

Live henna

A henna artist worked dense geometric and floral patterns onto a guest’s hands during the event. Vulture Events booked the artist and set the seating so the work could happen in front of guests without blocking circulation.

Heritage performance in courtyard and camp

Drum line, girls’ folk dance and Al Ayyala shared a heritage-style courtyard and an outdoor camp with a UAE flag on the tower. Vulture Events coordinated the performers, the mats and the live sound so the sequence could run as one cultural block.

Eid Al Etihad guest stations

Face painting and live calligraphy sat inside a National Day set: falcon artwork, “Dec. 02 / Eid Al Etihad” branding, UAE-flag details and a calligrapher in a flag sash. Vulture Events designed the booths, supplied the artists and kept the stations working through guest traffic.

Heritage majlis and falcon display

Sadu seating, barasti walls, a full heritage tent with mandoos and dallah stand, and a hooded falcon on a perch. Vulture Events sourced the furniture, dressed the tents and placed the falconry element inside the guest seating — not as a separate photo-op off to the side.

Craft, oud and incense stations

LED Tanoura

A Tanoura dancer spun a multi-coloured skirt traced with LED strips against a black stage. Vulture Events booked the act and ran the lighting so the costume, not the venue architecture, carried the picture.

Event management in Dubai

Dubai projects in this set include a night activation with the city skyline in view, a branded desert light installation, festive indoor décor and live entertainment. They sit alongside the same production discipline we use for event management in Dubai at hotels, outdoor sites and large public gatherings.

Night activation against the Dubai skyline

Scaffold, neon and a dense crowd sit in front of a clear Burj Khalifa spire. Branding on site includes MAD, Power Horse and The Greybox. Vulture Events’ brief on this kind of Dubai night is production: structures, light and crowd ground, not a sitting-room majlis.

Desert light installation

A geodesic dome, coloured light walls and an Emaar-marked banner on sand at dusk. Vulture Events handled the outdoor install — structures, lighting and guest circulation — for a branded desert evening.

Dates service, close

Festive décor and live entertainers

A Christmas photo set, a penguin mascot and a circus line (unicycles, stilts, marching-band jackets). Vulture Events built the festive set and booked the walkabout and stage entertainers as one entertainment package.

Event management in Sharjah

Sharjah work here is family-facing: face painting, a National Day community field, an outdoor Sadu majlis and a calligraphy station. Artists painted children at outdoor tables — one in a garden, one under a festival canopy. Vulture Events supplied the painters, palettes and shade so the activity could run for the length of a family event.

A peaked Sadu tent on turf, U-shaped floor seating, a low table with dallahs, a lantern and a UAE flag runner. Vulture Events installed the tent, seating and table dressing for an outdoor cultural corner.

Live writing with reed pen, inkwell and a finished floral-bordered sheet. Vulture Events provided the calligrapher and the table kit so guests could watch the work happen.

Al Ain

Event management in Al Ain

The Al Ain photographs concentrate on heritage craft and performance: pottery, a sword dance, and Arabic coffee presented against traditional architecture. They are the kind of cultural stations we deliver when event management in Al Ain needs to feel local, not imported.

Dallah, dates and finjan set on weathered wood in front of carved plaster and a barred window. Vulture Events dressed this hospitality still as part of a heritage-site welcome, not a hotel coffee station.

Night majlis on the dunes

Carpets, brass coffee set and a striped Bedouin tent on sand under a dense night sky. Vulture Events laid the majlis, dressed the coffee service and lit the tent so the set held after dark.
