These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Vulture Events website and any services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you accept these terms.

All proposals and quotations are based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope, dates or requirements change.

A confirmed booking is subject to a signed agreement and any deposit required to secure the date and suppliers.

Payment terms, including any deposit and balance schedule, are set out in your proposal or agreement. Bookings are confirmed only once the agreed deposit is received.

Cancellations and changes are handled according to the terms in your agreement. Because we commit to venues and suppliers on your behalf, cancellation charges may apply based on how close to the event date the cancellation occurs.

We deliver our services with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

All content on this website, including text, graphics and designs, is owned by or licensed to Vulture Events and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
